Tried for the first time today for a carvery and wow! Probably the best carvery I’ve had! Service are quick and friendly, food was lovely. Can’t wait to come back and try the main menu

Value for money is unreal, presentation of food and drinks are great! Servers are attentive but not pushy, and the food was soooo tasty and came out fast! Only critic was Diana sauce was a little salty so definitely something to be aware off however but still enjoyed it!

Lovely evening, lovely food. I was there this evening, 25th June, for our grandsons 8th birthday. The staff were absolutely amazing, and they got everyone's attention in the restaurant and invited others who were dining to sing happy birthday if they so wished. Thought it was really lovely for them to do that. My husband had ribeye steak. He really enjoyed it, and he went over to the chef and personally thanked him. A very good evening and very reasonable prices. 100% will recommend.

This place serves outstanding food. We’ve been here multiple times and never had a bad experience. The quality of food for the price is incredible. The service is always great and friendly.

Probably the best tasting Sunday roast dinner I've ever had. My friends had pasta and pizza and all delivered. One of the best places I've been in the Newcastle area! Amazing prices too..

We have been going to Sambuca Trinity Square for Sunday lunch for a few years now, it's the best Sunday roast we've had. We decided we wanted to try the Italian menu, wow when we thought the food could not get any better we were blown away by the beautiful food we had the pasta, calzone, and spicy burger, all three meals were beautifully cooked and tasted so good, and the homemade cheesecake desert was honestly the best we have ever tasted, we were brought complementary sambuca shots at the end of the meal which topped a great afternoon experience. We would like to thank all the staff at Sambuca for going above and beyond for making our visit so pleasurable every time we go you are all such an inspiration and such a credit to Sambuca. Can't wait for our next visit

After a hard long day with our football team Wrekenton Nou Camp u11 boys fundraising in Tescos Gateshead, we came to Sambucas and the manager was fabulous as were all the staff. Service was excellent and the food was absolutely delightful. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Lovely Sunday Carvery. Usually I’m not one for carvery’s but it was tasty. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Recommend the Biscoff Cheesecake too! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you.
